From the listing to the notary
A property portal where what you see is for sale, the price hides nothing and the advertiser replies.
Their house, apartment, commercial premises or plot, with photos, price, details and energy label. Private sellers, free; agencies import their portfolio.
Every price change stays in the history. If the advertiser does not confirm within 60 days that it is still for sale, the listing is paused automatically.
With their profile: how they pay, when and what for. They request a viewing or make an offer in writing, without giving their phone number to strangers.
The seller proposes the viewing or accepts the offer and only then are contact details exchanged.
You sign the deposit agreement and the deed yourselves, with your lawyer and the notary. We charge no commission on the sale.
The listing is marked as reserved and then as sold: nobody wastes time on a house that is no longer available.
