Casas de la Costa is a portal for advertising and finding properties for sale (homes, plots, commercial premises, industrial units, offices, garages and storage rooms). We are not an estate agency: we do not act as intermediaries in sales, we charge no commission on them and we are not a party to the contracts, which are signed directly by seller and buyer.

Listings

Each advertiser is responsible for making sure their listings are truthful, for having the right to sell the property or the owner's instruction to do so, and for the rights to the photos they publish. Listings that are not confirmed are paused, and we may remove any that break these rules or appear fraudulent. Listings marked "Example" do not correspond to real properties.
