The seller pays the municipal capital gains tax and, if they make a profit on the sale, income tax. If you still have a mortgage, it is cancelled on signing. Ask Marina.

What happens if I don't update the listing?
Every so often we ask you to confirm that it is still for sale. If you don't within 60 days, we pause it: that way buyers know that everything they see here is available.
Can I sell through an agency and advertise here?
Yes. If you have signed an exclusivity agreement, respect what your contract with the agency says.
